In-Store Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges are considered withing 14 days of original purchase (within 7 days for leathers) and require your receipt.  In order for items to be considered they must be unworn & unused with tags and or packaging intact.  This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories. Items must also be free from scents (e.g.: perfume, cologne, smoke) and pet hair.

Sales are Final for:

  • Special Orders
  • Electrical Items
  • Painted Parts
  • Helmets
  • Sale Items

 

Online Store Return Policy

Please give us a call or an email, referencing your order # and the item(s) you would like to return.  Returns will be considered if we are notified within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed after the product has been received, inspected and approved for return.  Once we have applied a credit, please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank or credit card company.
